Add query for libvirt domain destroy bug 1380741

17 hits in 10 days, check and gate, all failures.

Filtering on module since there is also an oslo
messaging rpc trace in there with the same error
so we want to filter out duplicates.

This is a volume backed test so it also might
be related to cinder bug 1373513.
