Subject: [PATCH] Add DefCore Committee Meeting

The DefCore Committee recently polled participants to establish a new
meeting time and medium.  This patch adds the new meeting to the
schedule with an alternate-week timeslot and provides a link to the
DefCore Committee wiki page for weekly agendas.
