Subject: [PATCH] Moving the Octavia meeting time and channel
Over the last few meetings we have discussed[1] and voted[2] to return to our
previous meeting time at 20:00 UTC but to move the meeitng into the
openstack-lbaas channel. This has been announced via e-mail[3].
