Out of DST the release team meeting would happen too
early for some US-based team members. Move it back one
hour to preserve the same local time.

anymore, it's Major who took that under his wings.

yaml2ical does not support 'end_date' so when the weekly ArchWG
meeting was replaced by two biweekly meetings, the weekly version
was left over, as the ICS calendar and eavesdrop.o.o website show.
Remove the weekly entry altogether to fix that.
