This is a mechanically generated change to replace openstack.org git:// URLs with https:// equivalents. This is in aid of a planned future move of the git hosting infrastructure to a self-hosted instance of gitea (https://gitea.io), which does not support the git wire protocol at this stage. This update should result in no functional change. Overview
The mosquitto module is a part of OpenStack-infra, an effort by the OpenStack infrastructure team to provide continuous integration testing and code review for OpenStack-infra projects.
Module Description
The mosquitto module is a thorough attempt to make Puppet capable of managing the entirety of mosquitto. This includes manifests to provision the expected features of this module. Types are shipped as part of the mosquitto module to assist in manipulation of configuration files.

Beginning with mosquitto
To utilize the mosquitto module's functionality please check the README.
Implementation
