Copy logstash, logstash_worker, subunit_worker, elasticsearch_node manifests from system-config openstack_project module and refactor (expose class parameters). Additional changes: * Get rid of logstash-indexer.default in favor of setting content inline. Parametrize the JAVA_ARGS setting. * Expose more parameters. * Replace declaration of several log processor workers with an array parameter.
