sudo cp ~/local.json /phabricator/instances/dev/phabricator/conf/local/local.json

sudo /phabricator/instances/dev/phabricator/bin/phd start


Then run:

REPAIR TABLE phabricator_search.search_documentfield;

sudo mkdir /var/lib/git
apt-get install exim4 python-pygments
