Subject: [PATCH] Bump reprepro timeout up to 90m

We've seen some issues with killing reprepro after 30mins, bump to 90m
which is still under the 2hr crontab loop.

This is to avoid killing reprepro when downloading a large updates and
potentially corrupting our databases.
