Subject: [PATCH] grammar updates for gerrit documentation

Pedantic grammar updates to this documentation.
-adds a couple commas here and there
-fixes case on certain propper nouns.
-fixes a couple minor miswordings

Also serves as proof for those skeptical that I've actually RTFM :)
