These have been replaced with the Jammy refresh servers. This should
be done after the registry is udpated to point to the new servers.

Add the Jammy refresh nameservers to the NS records. This should be
done before updating the registry records.

I thought we had done this to all the zones after updating opendev.org
but we didn't. Update the default ttl for gating.dev to one hour as this
is kinder to clients and servers.

We've launched a new jammy static server to take over from static01.
This updates DNS to point at it. Using CNAMEs where we can and A/AAAA
elsewhere.
Note I haven't bothered to do a shorter TTL dance with this domain
because this domain is used a lot less and risk is low.
