Clark Boylan fb8cd593ad Add new vexxhost mirrors 
The previously new vexxhost mirrors were created with the wrong flavor
(too large) and didn't have external volumes attached for the cache
locations. These two new vexxhost mirrors use the correct smaller
flavors and have volumes in place ready to go.

While we are at it we reduce the ttls on the main mirror records in
vexxhost in preparation for replacing the old mirrors. We also stop
mixing records for the limestone mirror and vexxhost mirror in the
record list.

Followups will remove the records for the old servers when they are all
removed from our inventory.
