Add xinetd and its TFTP configuration in Install Guide
In "PXE setup", it was suggested implicitly use xinetd to manage tftp server. So add xinetd to prerequisite packages. Also add an example about how to configure xinetd with tftp. Change-Id: I2984cd9d469622a65201fd9d50f964b144cce625 Closes-Bug: #1529002
