Lin Tan 02e27c3ef0 Add xinetd and its TFTP configuration in Install Guide ...

In "PXE setup", it was suggested implicitly use xinetd to manage
tftp server. So add xinetd to prerequisite packages. Also add an
example about how to configure xinetd with tftp.
