current ironic code never neither lists images, nor creates/updates/deletes them. Thus only `show` and `download` methods are useful for ironic, others can be removed as those seem to be remnants of nova-baremetal era. Also remove verious support methods (in tests as well) that were called only from removed methods. Change-Id: I592683515887ea7bb4902806fad004bad526058d
