Brant Knudson 0ea1f07993 Remove netaddr package requirement

An auth_host with : in the name is going to require wrapping in []
because otherwise the : is confused with the port separator, so the
code doesn't have to verify that it's an IPv6 address. This allows
the removal of the netaddr package requirement.

Middleware for the OpenStack Identity API (Keystone)

This package contains middleware modules designed to provide authentication and authorization features to web services other than Keystone <https://github.com/openstack/keystone>. The most prominent module is keystonemiddleware.auth_token. This package does not expose any CLI or Python API features.
