Move Orchestration methods into Proxy
- Switch cloud.orchestration methods to consume proxy directly. - Add additional attributes to stack. - Add "query parameter" resolve_outputs to stack with and extend general _find/fetch method to be able to consume additional attributes (normally through overloading).
