The manila-share service requires that the driver_handles_share_servers parameter is configured for all backends and the service fails to start if the parameter is missing. Because lvm driver supports only driver_handles_share_servers=False, this change makes the parameter hard-coded instead of requiring users to set the parameter correctly.
