tengqm 0717dfb97f Retire senlin command line tool 
With upstream osc-lib bug fixed, the --profile argument now works.
We have no need of the senlin command line. This patch retires the
command line.

OpenStackClient Plugin for Senlin Clustering Service

This is a client library for Senlin built on the Senlin clustering API. It provides a plugin for the openstackclient command-line tool.

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
