Vincent Untz 2fef45e301 Allow passing --insecure to python client binaries

This is needed when running tests against a deployment with insecure
SSL.

tempest-lib is a library of common functionality that was originally in tempest (or similar in scope to tempest)

with calling a test runner that emits subunit
