rabi 16fd7bac5c Add some more uwsgi options for zaqar-uwsgi

Use $API_WORKERS as process count and add other
wsgi options like thunderlock (recommended
to prevent thundering herd on accept).

Enabling in Devstack

Download DevStack:

$ git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack
$ cd devstack

Add the following repo as an external repository:

[[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin zaqar https://git.openstack.org/openstack/zaqar

Run ./stack.sh
