Anton Studenov 0ed49056d7 Support for multi-node devstack
* Added ServiceInScreen class.
* Added 'slaves' parameter to devstack driver.
  This parameter contains a list of ip addresses
  that will be included to ansible executor.
  Default: empty list
* Added 'iface' parameter to devstack driver.
  It specifies interface name that is used
  for communication between nodes.
