boot_device parameter no longer used (r8, dsr8)

- Removed updates for Install a Subcloud Using Redfish Platform Management Service file regarding root and boot_device.
- Minor fixes.
- Removed the rootfs_device: "/dev/disk/by-path/pci-0000:00:1f.2-ata-1.0"
and use just the # -p instdev=/dev/disk/by-path/pci-0000:00:0d.0-ata-1.0 as
sample.
- Updated the "boot_device" parameter occurrence to "instdev" parameter.
