Added a note for the Acc100 configuration changes (dsr6, sdr7,r5, r6, r7)

- Minor formatting fixed.

- Documented the new feature that allow users to update the VFs
automatically and via system host-device-modify command and, if
necessary, update manually the other options in the configuration file,
without any validation.

by the operator without any validation. This new configuration will not take

for that device is run, or host is locked/unlocked.
