Distributed cloud configuration supports an edge computing solution by
providing central management and orchestration for a geographically
distributed network of Kubernetes-only StarlingX systems.
Changelog:
- Expanded NFC definition: Network Function Cloudification.
- Removed trailing spaces.
- Added figure "Distributed Cloud deployment configuration".
- Use OAM interface and IP to bootstrap the subcloud through
the config_management script.
- Other changes as requested by reviewers.
- Applied standard RST formatting and minor text edits.
- Minor edits to OAM interface note for clarity
