StarlingX has moved beyond the OpenStack pike release and will
be following master and the latest release, so don't include
OpenStack release names.
Remove 'cgcs-' and 'tis-' elements from several paths and command
names. Also replace 'stx-r1' with 'stx' in various paths.

1.Changes were made keeping in mind to make use of automation in
the script tb.sh.
2.The changes made is easily be applied for layered build.
3.Removed layer env variable in localrc file as this guide is
about monolithic build.
4.Added new folder structure for centOS mirror output folder
5.New changes doesn't require to maintain three terminals.

1.Add user
The current command didn't take care of setting the password for
new user. Added below command which takes care of the missing part
sudo useradd -s /bin/bash -d /home/<user> -m -G sudo <user>
sudo passwd <user>
where,
-s /bin/bash – Set /bin/bash as login shell of the new account
-d /home/<user> – Set /home/<user> as home directory of the new user account
-m – Create the user’s home directory
-G sudo – Make sure <user> can sudo i.e. give admin access to the new account
2.Switch user
current: sudo su -c <user>
corrected one: sudo su - <user>
