Kristal Dale 5e4bde68fa Simplify install guides landing pages

Per user feedback, simplify the landing pages for release-specific
install landing pages (R2, R3) - both version landing pages and install
specific overview pages.

StarlingX R3.0 Installation

Note

StarlingX R3.0 is the upcoming release currently under development. Instructions and examples may change with the final release of R3.0.

Community contributions to the documentation are welcome! If you see an empty topic and want to contribute, refer to the linked story in the topic for details.

StarlingX provides a pre-defined set of standard deployment configurations </introduction/deploy_options>. Most deployment options may be installed in a virtual environment or on bare metal.
