Removed the custom code and replaced it with the upstream helm chart version 3.8.2 which uses version 0.6.1 of metrics-server Metrics-server debian integration. Addition of metrics-server binary to the list of package installations. Since there is no existing Debian package for metrics-server, we built it from source (tar.gz) to create it as a 3rd party package.
