jmckenna 3a37c7feed Uprev grub2 and shim ...

Uprev grub and shim packages to new versions.  The packages (grub
in particullar) went through a major restructuring, including
name change in output binary packages.  This commit updates
build tools and files to be aware of new names and handle the
new packages
