hbai df45645718 build-image: Correct some special rt packages name
There is not very clear relationship between the name
of the sub binary packages and its source package name.
The fuzzy match the name and then appending the word '-rt'
is needed.

Story: 2008846
Task: 45304

Test Plan:
Pass: Clone the latest master branch and run:
      downloader -s -B std,rt
      build-pkgs -c -a -b std
      build-pkgs -a -b rt
      build-image --rt

Pass: Edit base-initramfs-bullseye.yaml to add kernel modules name
      then run: build-image --rt
