Adit Sarfaty a4e40114dd NSX-TVD basic unittests

Adding unitests the to NSX-TVD plugin, to make sure the correct sub plugin
is being called, all plugins are initialized, and plugins seperation
is enforced.
Also fixing some problems discovered during those tests.
